Please note that I Have purchased one number item ( i,e: sari), from flipkart, and as per their policy the item ( i,e: sari) was refunded, as it is not, as per the quality and color displayed on the site, by flipkart.
The Return Request was accepted from my order ID: ‘ OD11098479966436500 ‘ as per message sent over phone.
The said item was picked-up by an EKART wish master vide tracking ID no: ‘ FMPR0041118355’ as per

At the time of refund I mentioned in their refund process, that the refund amount should be deposited in my bank account.
But, the said amount is still not deposited in my bank account.
After that flipkart refunded the money through phonepe wallet but suddenly the total said money is vanished.
So, I am requesting you to look into this matter and help me to get my money back.
