Amazon India — Feeling Helpless after placing an order at Amazon.in

I am an old and loyal customer to amazon and this is to inform you that Amazon services have been degraded severely in past few months.

First let me explain you the current case,
An order was placed by me on 4th of March 2016 for a “Moto G Turbo” with Order# 403-6339598-7006750. The order was supposed to be shipped by 10th of March 2016.

The product hasn’t been left from the seller till now and we we try to communicate with the customer care, the executives via call just put my calls on hold and leave it. I have been kept on hold for at least half an hour and this has happened more than 3 times with me. Those who don’t put me on hold say that wait for 24-48 hours, this has happened at least 4 times and still the product hasn’t moved from its original place. At the end when i demanded to talk with the floor manager, he talked to me in a demeaning tone and bluntly said nothing can be done for next 4 working days.
