Dear IFB Team,
I brought one new IFB Microwave 20SC2 20Ltrs Convection on 30.03.2017.
I requested on 11.04.2017 for the installation cum demo session at my home by IFB engineer. On my request one Tkt no 2000034972 is allotted to me.
Engineer came at my home on 12.04.2017. After the inspection of product, engineer confirmed that my new IFB Microwave is having some un-repairable defect and it will be replaced by the company (IFB). I asked to service engineer for the documentation & give my service copy receipt for further action. Service engineer confirmed that there is no documentation required and he will give feedback for this issue and in next 3 days company will give replacement for my product.
** Please confirm the status of my complaint. Also confirm when I can get the replacement of my defected product with one new IFB Microwave 20SC2 20Ltrs Convection.
