Didnt installed connection after taking advance.

Its been a 9-10 days since the a sales executive have taken advance money for the broadband connection but hasnt installed my connection. When called, they doesnt respond to us good enough. The same executive tells us everyday that he will come today or that day, and thats how they fool us, didnt came a single day.I want you to take a serious action against them.
