Worst Experience ever expected from Flipkart.
I have ordered for Nokia Lumia 510 on Novemebr 8th, 2012, it was supposed to be delivered by Nov 16th, 2012.
Firstly it got delivered on Nov 21st, 2012. When contacted customer care they were not having proper update regarding the delay and when I tried enquiring from courier services(AFL Couriers) even they were not aware of the shipment, and the answer I got why are you enquiring about the product let the seller enquire and when I escalated this to Flipkart, they were like sir it will get delivered by Nov 17th, if you dont receive it by Nov 17th, let us know. After enquiring so many times I dint receive the product in time.
And, this product was under offer Rs 200/- e-voucher, which I have not received till date, regarding this when I called Flipkart the customer care executive told me it will reach you by Nov 30th, 2012.
Is this the way Flipkart is working nowadays, I feel cheated by flipkart.
Do they want customer to call customer care again and again, and moreover there was no apology from flipkart regarding late delivery or non receipt of e-voucher.
I bought a product from Flipkart.com on the 11-Dec 2012 for the mobile phone Micromax (A110 white).
Now my phone has stopped working all of a sudden and I called flipkart on there toll free number spoke to Divya wh said that she cannot help and can just arrange a callback without even thinking for the inconvinience i was facing. She clearly said that she can arrange call back in next 24 hrs that is the best she could do.
Someone called from Flipkart stating that we will ask for the collection and will refund the amount. I said that please provide a confirmation on email the same but he rudely said cannot gurantee. I asked him to send the replacement set for the same. If not in same colour as it was out of stock so send in the black colour with which i am ok. But he said cannot do that.
Without thinking about my inconvinience he said that they can refund the cost of the phone but not the EMI charges and also no compensation for the inconvinience I faced.
I have been a loyal customer with them and thinking about this trust i booked the product with them but will ensure if my problem is not addressed in the right way will have to take this as high I can.
I have no option but to raise the complaint in the consumer court for the same.
Worst Experience…6 months…Refund from flipkart not credited yet.
I have called Flipkart Customer Support 34 times for the refund of a laptop purchased in the month of September 2012, found defective and returned back. The return process is complete on first week of January 2013. The return is accepted but he refund is not processed. So tired of making follow ups for this issue. No call backs as said or no response. Very bad experience with flipkart.

Please avoid placing orders on flipkart, they are fraud, my money is blocked for past 14 days, my order was to be shipped by 21.03.2013, still don’t have any clue about my order status.

I ordered a Micromax A90S mobile on cash on delivery the order no of that order was OD30307034275 & that product was shipped on 7th March now after some time i received the order but that mobile was defected so i called & write a mail to flipkart customer care they arrange a return courier of that order & i return that mobile on 9th april after that i recived a mail that they will return my money back in my flipkart wallet but its been 10 days i did not get my money back & every time i called to them they all said they will return my money with in 24 days but still not getting my money & when i am writing a mail to them they are not replying to them. so i need my money back
I am having all the mail of my & flipkart conversation. kindly help me in this case..
