IFB Industries spare parts of washing machine

We have registered a complaint with IFB with ticket on 12th Sept, 2017.
Technician has visited and informed us that there is fault in PCV and door sensor which is need to be replaced and taken visit charges.
After that we are following up with technician for the replacement of faulty part there is no proper response. Even after 10 days parts are not available.
If IFB is unable to provide the spares then why they are selling the product in the market.
Also, even after discussion with their call center again they have provided one more ticket no. 10004467822
