Sir I travelled through New Delhi-kanpur shatabdi express on 21/12/16. (PNR no 232-5102445)The train was delayed by 20 minutes. And reached kanpur central at 9:15 PM. As per dinner time it must have been provided at 8 PM but neither soups nor dinner was provided.
So kindly look after your services because they are too poor.
Plus the food quality is deteriorating day by day. There were rats in the train and they create havoc ….

On Sunday that’s on 18th Dec I tried to book railway ticket through online service.The amount Rs 2055 was didected from my bank balance but the ticket was not issued.Then I called up customer care and got to know that in 3 working days the amount will be deposit to my account.Here in the attachment it shows that amount is been settled down but didnt receive yet in my account.Please update me about my amount to be received.Below is the details

Dear Team,

It is almost 1 year gone my amount is not refunded, every time I ask IRCTC guys either on phone or mail they say that we have send your query to concern department and nothing happens. Every time we have to follow-up,

These guys are mentally and financially harassing people and stealing their trust on IRCTC. This is simple cheating with customers.

When train was more than 3 hours late and passenger was not traveled then why amount is not refunded?

I have called on your pathetic call center for TDR inquiry numbers no one…

I booked a ticket from NDLS to MDU: 16688/NAVYUG EXPRESS, date of boarding : 02-Dec-2016 from New Delhi, but the train got delayed by more than 3 hours so I have filled TDR for it.

Since the train delayed by more than 3 hours, as per the railway rules, i should get refund but till today I have not got any refund of the total price.

Please check and let me know the reason behind.

I have booked ticket in west coast(22637) express from KPD to salem.Train already came late by 30 mins.After running for 30 mins it is put on halt by 1 hour 30 mins.The local catering persons tell that everyday they are doing like this.If there is any work going on, the train can start late from the source itself. why unnecessarily passengers want to wait.there are many children and old people in the train….

I have made payment of irctc booking through paytm.money has been deducted but I have seen declined message at the time of payment and also I haven’t received any ticket confirmation message from irctc.

I booked my train ticket by irctc connect app for 29 mar 2017 by email ssanjai031@gmail.com through netbanking of Indian overseas bank for Rs1190.but I forget to notice the transaction I’d. During the process money was dedected from my bank account. but it showed secure.paytm.in error.but I not login to the paytm account. I waited 2 days but ticket was not booked and money was not not refunded.I wrote complaint to both irctc and paytm for two days but no action was taken. In my bank transaction it show “PAYTM-1014297444-NET@957410” . please take immediate action I had great belief on you…

I Siddaram Reddy travelling from Bellary to bangalore on 19 th of dec in 16591 Hampi express train (pnr-4326483118), at yashwantpur station co passinger name krishnareddi giraddi (pnr-4846342338) has taken my cloth bag and got down.i contacted all station officer at Bangalore sbc, they told it is irctc ticket we don’t have any details of the passinger like contact number, so I need contact no to call him, I am not able to get it, please help me in this matter….

On Phagwara Station Many People just got stuck just because of reckelness of people inside the train and people had important works and they were unable to get on it . Many people are crying out of buckets just because of some bloody shitty person. Who don’t want to open trains gates because of cold and there were no guards on this station .. Dear Sir / Madam

The amount has been deducted from the account but tickets have not been confirmed.
Please help us us out in this as we have to travel from New Delhi to Nashik on Urgent basis.
Called on your customer care number but call not received.

How can we book tickets if the amount has been ther in the IRCTC account and it is the month end.

Who is responsible for this?
This has happend for two time yesterday and today….

IRCTC TRANSACTION ID: 100000687415646 shows confirmation pending for 24 hours after paying through Paytm wallet in IRCTC page. Paytm WALLET TRANSACTION ID: 4694935305.

Paytm customer support said money would be refunded if ticket is not confirmed within 30 minutes from booking. I dont see my ticket/ money yet.

IRCTC customer support(139) says no money was received. They advised me to book a new ticket. No information about refund was provided….

I have tried calling irctc when call is connected then no executive are receive a call? I loss rupees-50 for calling but no is pick up a call?

My PNR no is 2803285677 –
I want to know why my TDR request is rejected. I have filed the TDR 3 hrs before the train arrival i.e. around 3 p.m.
3 hrs before only I got to know that the train is late by more than 3 hrs, actual time of arrival to Nagpur was 11 p.m. i.e. 5 hrs late.

Please refund my money….

IRCTC — Fund debited thrice but PNR not Generated

I am booking ticket for my father. Three times, I made a Payment through my ICICI Account 000401031185, but PNR Number is not generated from IRCTC. Money will be refunded after 1 week. But, I lost my valuable time and availability of reservation is gone. It is causing mental tension. What to do as I have that much money in bank account? Till time I lost Rs. 781 and substantial time. If PNR is failed to generate, IRCTC should immediately pay back amount with interest….

Dear sir/madam

I was booking the train ticket on the double decker 22626 bangalore (Bnc) – chennai (Mas) for the 20th of dec and twice i logged in and tried to purchase the ticket, the money was deducted but it said the service was not available at this time whilst issuing the ticket.

However, an amount of 535 + transaction fee = 546 rs was deducted twice and i do not have any ticket as well.

Dear Sir/Madam, I had booked a ticket from COIMBATORE JN (CBE) to CHENNAI CENTRAL (MAS) journey date 14DEC2016, but the train got late from more than 6 hours.I had filed the TDR on the same day at 14-DEC-2016 05:46:11 HRS. The status of TDR showing CR Repudiate.I was waiting for the train but the train got late so much so I have filled the TDR little late.Please help me on this asap. As per rule total amount of ticket should be refunded if the train gets late more than 3 hours.

I am Shabbir kapra . I booked three tatkal tickets from sawai Madhavpur to Mumbai Central on 12 December 2016 of amount of rs 1920 . From the account of my friend Abdul Qadir on IRCTC . Our journey date is 13 December 2016 in JP -BCT exp .the train no is 12956. But tickets gone into tatkal waiting list of 44, 45, and 46. The waiting list does not clear on 13 December 2016.So my friend got SMS that your tickets have been cancelled and tickets amount that is rs 1920 has been refund to your account after deduction of rs 180 rs for tatkal charge. So the amount refundable is rs 1740. but the amount yet…

Payment is successful but ticket is not getting booked. It says “Currently this service is unavailable. We regret the inconvenience caused. Please try after some time.”

My account got debited 4 times with the amount, but no ticket was booked.

Let me know how do i get my refund back.

Dear IRCTC Team,

I booked tickets on IRCTC via Paytm on 10 Dec, out of which train 12498 got cancelled. The details are:

PNR:2653924072, TRAIN:12498, DOJ:12-12-16, 2S, ASR-NDLS, Dep:15:10,
PRITAM SINGH, D9 73,
Fare:170, SC:0.0+PG CHGS+AGENT CHGS

As per mail received from paytm, they have initiated the refund amount and asked to contact IRCTC for the reversal of charges and ticket amount. I also received mail from IRCTC regarding the refund.
Kindly advise how much time will it take.

I am Travellimg from Meerut to Allahabad Sangam Exp Train No -14164,IRCTC Comesum one Person had Come in train for Breakfast aloo Paratha with raita .this is very worst and tasteless food quality.Raita is not a with Curd only water .it is request to railway higer authority .I would not suggest anyone ti order from comessum as on date 25/01/2017..My PNR- 2127321962

  2. Hi Sir,

    I am traveling from ANVT to gaya garib rath on 18/02/2017. The train started 3:30 hrs delayed from ANVT and after that more than 8 hrs delayed during our journey.

    I wanted to just the Indian govt. Are they don’t value normal people time.

    If you think, we could reach the destination then simply cancelled the train. Don’t make fool to general people.

    I have filed a TDR on sept 1, 2017 because train was late for more than 7 hrs. I have not yet received any updated on this. I am mentioning the details below.
