Dear Micromax team,
Just to inform you that My Smartphone, Canvas Turbo A250 (in warranty), that i have given to
“Swastik Telekom”, Mirzapur (U.P.) on 31-July 2014 due to touchscreen character in keyboard “a s d..” was not working,
has not been returned till today, The service center guy says that Micromax sent us defective touch screen, and when i ask
to talk to customer care they say they will not update you as they have closed your file as they
sent us the touchscreen. Further they say. your smartphone has gone to repair on Varanasi.
The service center promised to deliver smartphone in 10 days that is on 9th Auust 2014
but they told me to wait till 18 August, i waited and today they say to check back in 2-3 days.
I want my working smartphone back
