Myntra consumer Forums I have ordered a top from your site on 13 august and did not get the product yet. It’s been a whole week. It shows expected date is 21 aug which is sunday and i can not collect the order on sunday as the address on my order is my office address which is closed on sunday. Please resolve my problem and send my order on any other day and as fast as possible

I had ordered the bag costing rs.1140. I had received defective bag from Myntra consumer Forums complaint online shop and i have placed return order its been a almost a month and i hav returntd on 27 july still i dint get any rsponce from Myntra consumer Forums complaint. Its been worest exprience from them i had contaced customer care for 6 times and no clear responce from them when ever i call ther were asking for 2 business days time. The order id 131223967..

As informed, i had ordered formal shoes of san frissco on 14th aug, but after 2 days when i recieved the order it was very disappointing that the order which i made by seeing the online images was totally different which i got, the recieved shoe is of very poor quality its material is a rubber, plastic material not a leather, just it looks similar in colour and design but material quality is totally different, completely waste.

And most important there was missing a price tag, how come is this possible, very strange and due to that i am unable to replace it..

a return on 4 August 2016 and till today its queued and they asked me to update the shipment details but there is no option available to do so.

And even the help line does not provide any information related to it.

And this 30 day return policy will end by the end of the month and what if the product is still queued till the deadline ends

As a customer i feel it’s helpless in this situation

The return was picked up on 2nd August’16 and it has been 14 days the credit has not been received. No option to speak to customer rep for checking the status. The service always has an issue while reversing the payment from the company. The item is in new condition and unsed with all packaging and tags intact. I am not sure the issue with the process.

Wrong Product Received & Refund declined

Hi, I ordered a pair of Running shoe worth around 5300/-. I received a wrong product. It was a running shoe but different shoe. I called the delivery guy that received completely different product. He said no worry just fill the return request on mynta. I did the same, follow every procedure Myntra consumer Forums complaint asked me to do. After 3 days they refused to pay the refund as they are saying tgey delivered right product. Now here comes the joke. I only want to know from Myntra consumer Forums complaint if it’s not upto your quality levels. How could it be upto my quality level. I’ve been a regular customer of Myntra consumer Forums complaint and I cant imagine they can do this with me.


It’s not professional to hide things I am cooperating from day one. Now I am suffering for cooperation. It’s very easy for them to deny the of refund my money. But at the end it’s me who paid for nothing.

 

I am very disappointed for trusting Myntra consumer Forums complaint. And apart from taking responsibility they were denying that its not their mistake.

 

I wanted to know whose mistake is this. Because at the point where I am standing my only mistake is to shop from them.

On 13th of july 2016 i requested for return, later recieved a mail from Myntra consumer Forums complaint subjected that before 18th of july the order will be picked up. But nobody came for pickup then I contacted Myntra consumer Forums complaint customer support they told that because of bad climatic conditions process is delayed. On 7th of july, got an sms from Myntra consumer Forums complaint that the pickup will happen today and there was the ph no. of the agent in the sms. I called the agent to ask around what time he will come, he replied that he won’t be able to pickup the order today. How come can he say that when I got the official notification that the pickup will happen today? The next day I got the same message that the item will be picked up today and got the details of a new agent who was coming to pickup. I called him too he said he will come in the evening. But no body came so I called him again and got no response as he didn’t answered the call. The very next, got the sms that your return is cancelled.


This was the worst experience I ever had with Myntra consumer Forums complaint.

If you order something they deliver it in 1-2 days, but if its a return they will keep on delaying and finally the request will be cancelled and your 30-days return period will also be over so you won’t be able to raise a return again.

This is really a smart move to cheat customers.

Out of my surprise I found out that the product (Jacket) was Too old n dusty (discolourd) the pics which they shown was completely diffrnt to what I received

On the name of high priority they have taken two weeks to solve this issue. Fed up of Myntra consumer Forums complaint. Unable to cancel an order

The app is so shitty. It doesn’t let me cancel orders once it is processed. Caused me so much trouble. I even tried calling up their helpline number, the guy there told me you cant cancel your order, just dont pay at the timeof delivery. Also, when i tried calling again several times, i got no response saying the helpine number is busy receiving high number of calls. Even though the products were good, this lack of cancellation option made my experience with Myntra consumer Forums complaint quite troublesome.

Urgent help! Error when trying to exchange good

Order cancelled for no reason

Hi, i have placed an order on 1st July,2016 and i even get the order confirmation code and was said that it will be delivered by 19th July,2016

 

But, for no reason Myntra consumer Forums complaint just cancelled my order on 5th July,2016, i’m really upset with the situation

 

Now, the products are out of stock and i could’nt get the same product on the same price, what happens to be the reason for the cancellation and like to know whether or not i can get my order back?



 

I had ordered a pair of shoes from Myntra consumer Forums complaint.com at 18th December’ 2011 with order number 2037440. The company gave me an estimated date of delivery of 25th December’ 2011. I did not receive it till 27th then I called their customer service. They told me that due to excessive cold and flight cancellations, there has been a delay but I will receive my product in 3-4 days. I waited again for a couple of days, did not receive it and again called. The customer service had no clue about my product and only after calling them repeatedly for 4-5 times did I get a chance to talk to the lead who told me that my product was lost. Nobody was keeping a track of my product and only after I called so many times did they find out the status. This was a prepaid order so I told them to refund my money. They told they can still deliver if i place an order again. But this time, I would have to pay Rs. 80 more as I would not receive a certain bank discount which I had availed before. I refused. The company then placed the order again at same price on my behalf with order number 2123866 at same price, sent me message informing me of the same on 8th January’ 2012 and told me it will be delivered in a couple of days. I did not receive it. I called the company on 13th January’ 2012 and asked them for money back but they did not agree. They told me that I will get the order on 14th January’ 2012 but I did not receive it. I have mailed the marketing team, the customer service team but to no avail. I have spent so much money on the calls to customer care. The order money separate.

I had ordered a pair of shoes from Myntra consumer Forums complaint.com at 17th September’ 2012 with order number 3901663. The company gave me an estimated date of delivery of 19th September’ 2012. Due to public holiday and bharat bandh on 19th and 20th September 2012, i didn’t receive the product. When I called they all customer care assistant said that the product is not delivered and so forward a complain to the responsible department. As a result its already 22nd september 2012 and no track of my product. They respond that we cannot assure but it will reach soon. Is that a response customer is expected to hear? The service is degrading day by day and this would soon result bad for mytra’s reputation. I have spent money on the calls to customer care. The order money separate.

I still have not received any positive response from the company.

I Booked the order for Deo & Lather belt on Dated-16/10/2012 But My Order not Delivered to till Date my Order no. is 4147451 and I Call to your customer care no. many Time But just given to commitment that your order is delivered in 2 days. I Connect With Mr. Siddhartha In 21.10.2012 & Than Ms Monika for Cancel my order and credit to same amount in my account but no one Do that I still have not received any positive response from the company.


 

 

Bad service for international customers

I ordered running shoes from Myntra consumer Forums complaint a month back but they arrived in the wrong size so I sent them back. However returning the money appeared to be a insolvable question to the company. At first they told me just to send it back and then we would see how I got the money back. After they received it I called them to see how they would settle this. I have a foreign bank account but the first of the customer care said that I could just send those details and they would refund on that account. After a couple of days the payment dept emailed back that they were not able to do that without further comments. Then I called them again and the second person said they would make a cheque and would come back to me with the details. Which they of course didn’t so after I week I called and it turned out they figured this is not possible either without an Indian bank account. They tried to hang up on with again the comment they would get back to me, but I said I would call back in an hour and request an answer. Then after an hour the only solution they could give me is sending the money to an Indian bank account which I told them many times I don’t have. They were not prepared to think of any other solution as they called it this was there end solution. Even while I told them to not have an account or Indian friends to send it to. So now I just have to ask a stranger for his account details and let the money be transferred.

I had ordered a pair of shoes from Myntra consumer Forums complaint.com at 07.01.2013 order number 4990037. The company gave me an estimated date of delivery of 14.01.2013. I did not receive it till 20.01th then I called their customer service. They told that we try to send and talk about courier company. i call there has been a delay but I will receive my product in 3-4 days. I waited again for a couple of days, did not receive it and again called. then customer service had no clue about my product and only after calling them repeatedly for 4-5 times did I get a chance to talk to the lead who told me that my product so i am not satisfied about company delay reason i success don’t purchase any product in Myntra consumer Forums complaint online i am very angry and now not satisfied .
