IGL spends crores of Rupees on Advt. to inform them before doing any construction and repairs works, we become prey to their advt. and request them to do so. For restoration of temporary disconnection the IGL takes long time irrespective of need / severe circumstances. i had got temporary got disconnected by connection vide complaint No. [protect] DATED 14.9.2017 AND was disconnected on 15.9.2017, on the same date i.e.15.9.2017 requested to restore the connection. There is no response till date. My MOTHER is 93 yeras old and unable any food food from outside. Though your service is not free of cost. Now it is clear that their service is worst than any Govt. office their competitors INDANE etc. Their behavior is monoplystic. They have not learnt a lesson from TPDDL. BUSINESS PARTNER -40000064617.
