‘Pathetic’ the word that describes ‘Nextra’.

‘Pathetic’ is the easy and simple word to describe anything about nextra. It has been 2 weeks since I had their connection and I have not been able to use even 2 GB. TADA! That’s all because of their speed. A week ago I complaint which they refuse to register saying that they have some technical issue in the area and it will be resolved. They said that if the team is working in your area then they cannot take a complaint about the area. Logic was totally missing in the conversation. I chose to test my patience. Now even after a week, their local reps says that there is no team working in this area and all is running fine and to register your complaint call on toll-free #. And their toll-free guy says the work is going on this infinite ETA and they cannot register a complaint.

My plan comes with 10MBPS speed. From which I am getting 2-3 mbps with the ping/latency of over 300ms. This is absolutely pathetic.

 

BEWARE: They have some tie-up with ookla speed test. Which will always show you good speed. So much speed can’t even open facebook page in 4mins? Seriously, I have tried other speed testing sites and they have returned me true value EXCEPT ookla.
