After continued poor service since March 2017, I decided to stop Tikona broadband. But they are not willing to do that. After many failed telephonic requests, I wrote email twice to stop service. But they denied getting any email.
Every time someone different picks up the call. So its irritating to explain all over again. Plus, there is no accountability.
They are now increasing a false payable amount every month. It seems that they want to extract cash by hook or crook even in small quantities.
