Refund of failed booking.

Hello Sir,
I was booking a train ticket from Guwahati to Patna on 6th of May’17.
The amount was deducted from my account by the booking failed. I have written complain through Email twice but there was no response except generation ID.
There is complete negligence from IRCTC side.

  1. I think, you need to contact 139 also, I hope they response you that how to collect your refund, you should read the IRCTC terms and condition
