Return product in Snapdeal

Dear Sir,

I purchased an item on 31st August, 2016 and my order ID is 14914460878. I raised a return request on next day but i selected a wrong pick up address so i cancelled immediately that request. I rescheduled a pick up timing via phone service and they authorized for next day ( 3rd Sep ) pick up but today is 7th September and nobody came yet. I called 4 times and told everytime the same problem. They were saying same reason that “We apologize for that and we have fixed a pick up within 24 hours”. I mean is this kind of service provided by Snapdeal to their customers. I called them 4 times and now how
