Unethical billing practices From Tikona

Dear Sir,

I am receiving calls from advocate claiming of a civil action against me for non payment. I raised a cancellation on the account and as per my conversation, I was asked to pay 950 as closure charges on 2/17, which I paid online.

I am not sure why tikona billed me for a suspended connection and now the amount is 1802.81.

Please go through the records again, as I have already raised an issue on the same in the past against Tikona. they cannot harass a customer after 2 years of suspension of services.

If Tikona was so interested in their customers, why was this brought to our notice today after 2 years.

 

Kindly take this matter in serious. I am very tension.

Resolve this complaint as soon as possible.
