But it is very much painful to be attended by an customer care executive Mr. Amar (pronounced as Aaa Mmmm Aaa Rrr) on the toll free number. My husband Mr.Soumyajit Majumder has raised a request from his registered mobile no. 9910070259 for uninstallation the Tata sky service yesterday afternoon around 2.30pm. But today Mr. Amar told me that there is no ticket raised for this. When I informed him why we want to unstall the service for a few days, he said “aap bol lijiye main sunta hu aur jab main bolunga tab aap sunenge.. (after few more conversation) he again said “aap k pas bohot gyan hain”.. This time I have requested to speak with his superior. Then he said that “abhi iss time pe koi available nehi hain.. main check karta hu dubara.. and then he disconnect the call.
If this is he way Tata Sky people talk to the customer, then I should say thank you very much for your service till now. I have one more connection from another mobile no. I would like to discontinue the service from Tata sky and select someone else who atleast would listen to my request, understand the urgency.
