I Have Been Using Cable Broadband From Last 6 To 7 Months But I Really Got Fed Up Because Of Their In Relevant Charges And Service But Recently I Had Received Pamplets Of NEXTRA BROADBAND Which Is Claming The High Speed At Low Cost I Had Called At Customer Care Of NEXTRA To Took Enquiry About The Plans And Price They Had Taken My Address Detail And Told Me That There Installation Boy Camed At My House For Sightseeing And After That He Will Told Me All The Plans On The Same Day The Staff Boy Has Camed He Had Seen Our House And Told Me All The Plans Which NEXTRA Is OfferinG.

~ There Are Almost 5 Plans In Their Connection In Which All Plans Had Same 10 MBPS OF SPEED While The Changes Occur Only In Amount Of Data Per Month It Plans to Starting From 499 In Which They Offer 3GB Of Maximum Data Per Month In a Second 599 Plan They Offer 6GB Of DATA In a Third 699 Plan They Offer 10GB Of DATA Ina Fourth 799 Plan They Offer 14GB Of DATA And In a Last 899 Plan They Offer 18GB Of DATA, All The Plans Are On PRE PAY MONTHLY BASIS ONLY.

~ While They Didn’T Had Any Unlimited Plan Like Other Broadband I Had Choosen The Maximum DATA 899 PLAN I Had Asked The Installation Boy Whether My Existing Broadband WIRING AND ROUTER Works With It Or Not He Had Told Me That If I Want Wiring Will Remain Same And I Don’t Need To Pay Wiring Charges But I Had To Replace My Old ROUTER With NEXTRA ROUTER As Both Had Different Settings My Wiring Charges Will Be Deducted But I Had To Pay Charges Of NEXTRA ROUTER And INSTALLATION CHARGES They Had Started Setting It Up Like ROUTER, PHONE And In 1 Hour They Had Set It Up And Taken 2000 From For My Monthly Plan And INSTALLATION.

~ The Phone Get Activated Same Time And Installation Engineer Has Told Me That Internet Will Get Activated In 2 To 3 Hours And He Went Away Hole Day Has Passed Away But Internet Was Not Activated I Had Called The Agent And He Had Told Me That He Has Processed The Request And It Got Activated Today But After Installing It The Internet Starts Working After 2 Days, For The First Few Days The Speed Of The Internet Is Good But After That I Had Experience Heavy Fall In Speed Due To Which I Won’t Be Able To Surf Any Website, The Network Constantly Flactuates Most Importantly The Internet Stops Working On Its Own And INTERNET LIGHT On Router Turned Off On Its Own And After Few Hours It Starts Working.

~ Due To All This I Can’T Download Anything From My Broadband As The Moment I Start Any Downloading It Turned Off After Few Minutes After 1 Week Itself I Had Called The Customer Care They Had Told Me That Today The Engineer Will Camed To Check It But No One Has Camed One More Thing Which I Had Faced During My Usage Is That ROUTER Got RESET On Its Own After I Had Called 3 To 4 Times In a Day And ComplainT Again And Again Finally The Engineer Has Camed And Checked It And He Told Me That I Am Facing Such Issues Because Of Wiring And He Recommends Me To Replace The Wiring With New One I Had Replaced The Wiring And They Had Taken 1 Hour In Replacing It And Taken 400 RS Again.

~ After That Also The Internet Had Started Working But In Just 16 Days Internet Stop Working And I Had Received The Text That I Had Exhausted My Plan While In Reality I Had Just Used It For One Week While Other Days Due To Any Problem It Was Not In Service I Went To NEXTRA Office And Talked The Manager About This Issue They Had Checked Something In Their System And Told Me That I Had Made Downloadings Due To Which My Internet Plan Got Exhausted I Had Hardly Downloaded DATA Upto 500 To 700MB Only He Told Me To Pay 900 RS More To Continue The Plan.

~ He Said To Choose MY PLAN Feature Of NEXTRA In Which I Can Took More GB OF DATA And Planned My INTERNET PLAN Based On My Requirements I Had No Other Option So I Had Canceled My Previous Plan And Chooses My New Plan Feature Which Cost Rs 1099 In Which I Got 22GB OF DATA AND 5GB OF DATA EXTRA AT NIGHT But Still Even After Complaint The Situation Is Just The Same Nothing Has Been Improved.

I Will Never Recommend Anyone To Had NEXTRA Broadband Connection I Really Don’t Know What Happens How Their Connection Consumes Such An High Data While It Mostly Remains On/Off And Gives Poor Speed The Moment I Had Completed The First Month I Stopped Using It As In Just One Month They Had Taken Almost Rs 3500 And Which Is The Highest Amount For Any Monthly Broadband Plan There Customer Service Is Poor Mostly The Staff Engineer Remains Unavailable And They Make Customers Fool By Making Them Confused In Their Useless Plans.

  1. I am unable to use internet for last 1 week
    The call center guys are useless
    Specially their manager servesh.
    They are just playing 6 hour 4 hour the manager itself unable to get the the things done in order
    They are useless team.
    It was my biggest mistake to choose nextra as a service provider
