Vodafone India Wrong deduction nd not connecting to executives

Hi
I’m with Vodafone for long time…

I have been charged continuously from quite long time without any reason…
I’m using 345 plan where all calls are free for me but Vodafone deducting from my balance..
Thrice I complained to the Vodafone executives but no proper response from their end…

Now trying to connect to Vodafone executives but that option is blocked for me so not able to connect to them…

Worst nd very poor response from their end…

Now what to do…
What’s the solution for me
