zipkar.com Delivered damaged product and not refunding

I have purchased a lahenga from zipkar.com on January around 15th or 16th. They delivered this product on 27th. When I got the product it was completely different from the website. The product quality was very bad and also damaged. Instantly I requested them for return and they replied that they can’t return. they don’t have any return policy for bad quality product. I send them picture of that damage portion and continuously I am mailing them . now they are not giving me any reply. very bad experience with zipkar.com and online shopping. most of the time I used to do online shopping but after that horrible experience I have promised myself that i will never buy anything from online website and I have suggested everyone. please help me to get this refund and take an action against zipkar.com.please help me

  1. Same here.. I also ordered dress, they sent damaged material.. Thr S no option for return this item in website.. Fake and cheaters zipkar

  2. Display materials and delivered materials both are completely different sizes also.i complained for return & get a complain number 50366.but no response after many days.i continue try to contact to customers care but no response.its completely fake & frawd site.i very much disappointed.
